The special court on Friday allowed Andhra Pradesh Police to interrogate prime accused in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam Abdul Karim Telgi on March 17.
Judge AT Manoli passed the order on a plea made by Andhra Pradesh Police.
Meanwhile, the Income Tax Department has sought the court's permission to seek clarifications from Telgi regarding his IT returns from 1996-2003.
