St Thomas School to take on SOS Village

St Thomas School will take on SOS Village in the final of the St Thomas Cup Football Tournament. In the first semifinal match, SOS Village defeated HEMA School 4-0. HEMA team gave tough fight to SOS in the first half as the half ended without any score.

HEMA team gave tough fight to SOS in the first half as the half ended without any score. But the second half witnessed an aggressive game by SOS team. Such was the performance by the team that they netted four goals in the half.

The story was almost the same in the second match between host St Thomas School and St Mont Fort. However, the result was different from the first. Once again Ashiv opened the account for the host team. Just after five minutes Arpit scored the second goal for the team. Ashiv scored his second goal in the 28th minute moving the score to 3-0. St Mont Fort team, however, reduced the margin by scoring only goal of the half taking the score to 3-1.

But the second half saw the consecutive attacks by the host team. The half witnessed seven goals. St Thomas School won by 10-1.
