In a letter to railway minister CP Joshi, Capt Yadav, who represents Rewari assembly constituency, has urged him to order speeding up of efforts to trace the two minor girls.

Highlighting the state of affairs at the railway junction, Capt Ajay Yadav said "Had closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras installed on Rewari junction working properly, the missing girls could have been traced by now".

"Ministry should either repair or replace the non-functioning cameras," he said.
The railway police have registered an first information report (FIR) into the case, but nothing substantial has come out.

Police have announced reward money of Rs 5 lakh on providing information about the missing girls.
Rewari law enforcement agency has also alerted international borders suspecting any human trafficking case.
