Since July 2004 she is neither being allowed to join on duty nor her salary is being paid. She was transferred on July 8, 2004 from 3 EME Centre to 506-army base workshop Jabalpur as surplus staff on the presumption of being the junior most employee.

Later, however, the establishment itself admitted that she is not the junior most employee and that she was wrongly transferred to Jabalpur, pleaded the applicant with the CAT.

“ Lt Col R Mathur , the then Civil Establishment Officer, forcibly handed over the movement order to me and threatened to sign . I was so shocked that I was admitted in hospital due to hypertension”, she said.

Minaxi moved to the CAT, Jabalpur on April 25, challenging the transfer order. Even though the establishment admitted that she was wrongly posed to Jabalpur, Minaxi Sharma failed to get any relief from the tribunal.

She has against moved the CAT for justice. “ I’ll fight against injustice till death. I’ll not succumb to victimisation like Lieutenant Sushmita Chakraborty who committed suicide”, said Minaxi when contacted by Hindustan Times.

Her lawyer Ajay Mishra told Hindustan Times that Minaxi’s case is very strong. “The CAT is expected to take up her case for hearing soon. She has undergone tremendous trauma”, he said.
