Two school students were seriously injured when a bomb exploded during a search for a missing ball in a bush in the Maoist-infested Goaltore area on Saturday.
The police said Somnath Lohar and Rohit Lohar, students of Goaltore high school, were rushed to the Midnapore Medical College and Hospital in critical condition.

The explosion created a crater on the spot.
