Pakistan President Parvez Musharraf is nothing if not a politician who knows what to talk when.

At the stadium on Monday, he presented his effable, cricket-loving persona and, needless to say, pleased the Indian spectators and the team members.
After the match, he was asked to speak at the prize-giving ceremony. He spoke only for a few minutes but that time was enough for him to present a humane side of his personality. He praised the Indian team, congratulated Rahul Dravid and said that what matters is good cricket and not who wins and who loses.
But what brought the house down was his advice to MS Dhoni. After congratulating him for his great knock, he smiled and said. "There was a placard held by a fan asking Dhoni to cut his hair." He paused for a second and added: "But my suggestion to Dhoni is he should not cut his hair. You look very good in it." Dhoni broke into a huge grin and so did the spectators and the entire Indian team.
