Taliban says bin Laden alive: Report

television on Tuesday quoted a Taliban official as saying Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden was alive.

It gave no further details.

Earlier this week, a secret document leaked in France said Saudi intelligence believed bin Laden died last month in Pakistan, but the United States and other countries cast doubt on the report.
