The prominent traditional festival of Haryana, Teej, was celebrated enthusiastically with all zeal and zest on the premises of Haryana Raj Bhawan, here on Friday.

Haryana Governor Dr A R Kidwai, was the Chief Guest while the function was presided over by Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
The colourful festival of Teej was a special attraction, especially for women and children as a number of stalls of bangles and balloons were put up on the occasion.
Colourful swings were also another attraction for the participants which were giving a joy ride to them on this occasion.
The audience was regaled by the artistes from various parts of Haryana who presented a number of cultural items projecting the history, culture and life of the people of Haryana.
This variety cultural programme specifically highlighted the cordial relations between the bride and her mother-in-law.
Tasteful cuisine including seasonal sweets were also enjoyed by the visitors.
