A 16-year-old and his two friends were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly raping a minor Dalit girl at Byana village near Karnal.
A fourth boy, accused of hatching the conspiracy, is absconding.

The 17-year-old victim had gone to a bookshop on Friday when the four boys, known to her, kidnapped her and sexually assaulted her at a shop in the nearby market.
