Schoolchildren in Britain have now created their very own love guide, listing 50 ways to stop having under-age sex.
The top three ideas are hugs and kisses, make a tape of special songs and talk your boyfriend or girlfriend about how you feel.
Other tips include going to see a film or share a meal, text sex or leaving a missed call on your sweetheart's mobile phone.
Youngsters, aged 13 to 16, are being handed the credit-card size list to help them say no.
The list was drawn up after health officials asked pupils in Cardiff to come up with ideas to avoid under-age sex to help stop teenage pregnancies.
"It emphasises that having a loving relationship doesn't mean you have to have sex," Carol Maher, healthy schools coordinator was quoted by The Mirror, as saying.
