The government shouldn’t allow itself to be grounded by dissent

The recent strike by the pilots of Jet Airways was illegal and against the national interest.

The recent strike by the pilots of Jet Airways was illegal and against the national interest. They seem to have no regard for the difficulties that travellers were facing because of their intransigence. In fact, the strike might have been politically-motivated. If this is what the launch of a pilots’ guild might mean in the future, the government should lay down the rules well in advance.
