Smile is a great and wonderful gift from God; and when we share it with someone, it costs nothing but enriches those who receive it without making the giver poorer.

A smile is an inexpensive way to change our looks and behaviour. Indeed, we are never fully dressed without a smile; but if we are well-dressed and wear a smile on our face, we can do magic at our workplace, at our own homes and in any public place.

A person wearing a smile is liked by every one. That is why someone said, "Wear a smile and have friends; wear a scowl and have wrinkles." Indeed, a beautiful smile is like oodles of positive energy that can do wonders for every recipient of the priceless endowment. A smile not only increases one's face value but makes a person more presentable. Isn't it a very common saying, "Frown and you frown alone, smile and the whole world smiles with you." We should always try to smile and laugh because laughter not only adds years to our life but adds more life to our years.

Above all, a deep smile makes us receptive to transform negative energy to positive energy.

A genuine smile grows from our deepest layer of self-love and radiates like sunshine through clouds. It is very

difficult to smile when we are in pain or in depression but if we continue smiling during illness and pain, then this becomes a no-cost remedy to start onto the road to recovery. During my recent surgery, I recovered faster as doctors and nurses wore smiling faces all the time and they gave me hope and confidence to smile.

Smile is greatly infectious; it is a virus that spreads fast.
