Even as celebrity fashion designer Anand Jon, who was on trial since 2007, has been sentenced to a minimum of 59 years in prison for various charges including rape and other sex crimes his sister Sanjana Jon, in an interview with Deepti Kaul, fears her arrest too. (Listen to interview)

"I want my brother's life back and I want my life," this is what Sanjana Jon said standing by her brother. Accusing the US Police of being racial, she said the trial was not fair.

She said that the court refused to even consider 16 strong points in favour of Anand, which she suspects was only due to his nationality. Sanjana claimed that their lawyers had proved beyond doubt that the charges were not true.

She says she was the only one fighting for him and they want to put her out of the case that is the reason the court now wants to get her arrested. She has been asked to be present in court on September 15, 2009.

He was convicted in November of 16 counts including rape, sexual battery. She said people don't understand what is sexual battery-- it is attempted kiss... I'm amazed that someone can get charged for attempted kiss in America.

Jon was found not guilty of four felonies, and jurors could not reach a verdict on three counts.
