Three die due to ammonia leakage in Gujarat

Three labourers lost their lives while three others were hospitalised after leakage of ammonia gas.

Three labourers lost their lives while three others were hospitalised after leakage of ammonia gas from a chemical factory in Bharuch district on Friday.

The incident occured at Prerna chemical factory in Ankaleshwar on Friday morning which claimed the lives of three people, police said.

Three other workers were rushed to a nearby hospital as they developed complications.

The leakage of ammonia has been contained, they added.
