Three killed, nine tourists injured in accident in Muzaffarnagar

Three persons were killed and nine Malaysian tourists were seriously injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling collided with a truck on Delhi-Haridwar national highway near Begarajpur in the district early Friday morning.

Three persons were killed and nine Malaysian tourists were seriously injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling collided with a truck on Delhi-Haridwar national highway near Begarajpur in the district early Friday morning.

The accident occurred when 19 Malaysian tourists were going to Haridwar from Delhi, SSP Vijay Prakash said. The injured tourists have been admitted in a Delhi hospital, he said.

The deceased have been identified as Raju, the driver of the vehicle, Akhilesh, the conductor, and Mukesh, the guide.
