Three militants belonging to different organisations were apprehended by troops in separate incidents on Tuesday, sources on Wednesday said.
Assam Rifles officials said in their ongoing relentless endeavour to nab underground cadres troops of 22 Maratha LI with two teams of Imphal West Police apprehended one People's Liberation Army (PLA) cadre.
Based on the lead given by the PLA cadre another team apprehended a Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) militant. In another incident, troops of 32 Assam Rifles apprehended one Revolutionary Peoples' Front (RPF) cadre.
