The Commission would meet recognised national and state-level political parties in Chandigarh and discuss election-related issues, an official said on Wednesday.

The presidents of recognised national and state-level political parties had already been asked to attend the meeting, he said.

Later in the day, the Commission would meet district and state-level officers connected with the conduct of elections.
