With 20,000 fabrics in stock and over 500 people producing the garments, Daswani says: "Our garments are value for money. We can offer the best of fabrics and tailor-made clothes to measure that fit one's figure perfectly, and all at very competitive prices. Why would anyone pay more for a suit that does not fit them perfectly?" Raja Fashions, headed by Daswani, covers all major cities in USA, UK, Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany and Japan, besides China.

"We are now planning to expand our business to India," Daswani told PTI.

"Our unit in Delhi is likely to be ready by next year. But India should be liberalising its currency to draw potential investors," he says.

Daswani's grandfather emigrated from India to Hong Kong in 1957 and set up a custom tailored business here. His father, uncles and aunts followed in their father's footsteps.
