* Three new trade facilitation agreements are to be signed

* The outstanding issues of the South Asia Free Trade Area are expected to be resolved

The agreements include establishment of a Saarc Arbitration Council, Mutual Administrative Asistance in Customs Matters and a Limited Multilateral Treaty on Avoidance of Double Taxation.

* The leaders are expected to propose Afghanistan's inclusion in the regional group, a move that India "actively suports".
