Security forces defused two Improvised Explosive Devices on Jammu-Poonch Road and recovered ammunition and explosives from a militant hideout in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police spokesman said in Jammu on Wednesday.

Security forces detected two IEDs, planted by terrorists on Jammu-Poonch road at Dera Gali in Thanamandi area, about 190 kilometres from Jammu, in Rajouri district this morning, he said.

The area was cordoned off by security forces and traffic suspended till experts defused IEDs, weighing about 4-5 kilograms.
