Two people were killed and six others injured when a car in which they were travelling collided head-on with a truck near here in the district, police said on Sunday.

The mishap occurred on the Bikaner-Jodhpur highway late Saturday night when the bus coming from Bikaner collided with the truck coming from the opposite direction, they said.
The victims were rushed to PBM hospital where two of them were declared brought dead, they said, adding, condition of the injured was stated to be out of danger.
