Two NDFB militants were killed in an encounter with the police in Assam's Dhemaji district on Sunday, official sources said.
The National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) ultras exchanged fire with the security forces at Santipur in the district, the sources said adding arms, ammunition and some documents were seized from the slain rebels.

The bodies were sent for post-mortem, they added.
