Pakistani terrorist Mohammad Naveed Yakub was taken to Delhi from Jammu on Thursday afternoon.

According to the police sources, Naveed was taken in a special chopper sent by the Union home ministry. National Investigation Agency (NIA) director general Sharad Kumar along with the NIA team took him to Delhi for further ‘specialised’ questioning.

The NIA chief had arrived in Jammu on Wednesday and quizzed him for some time at the joint interrogation centre (JIC) on the outskirts of the Jammu city. The NIA chief also visited Narsu in Udhampur, the site of August 5 terrorist attack and also inspected the border security force (BSF) bus attacked by the two terrorists. He interacted with locals and some BSF officials. The NIA chief had also held detailed meeting with senior officials of the J&K police on Wednesday night.

Naveed is likely to undergo narco test in Delhi as he had changed his version several of times.
