Special judge (narcotics drugs and psychotropic substance) Haris Kumar passed the order yesterday sentencing one Baddu alias Badar-e-alam to four years RI along with the Rs 2,000 fine under section 8/21 of the NDPS Act.

The accused was arrested and 20 gram heroin recovered from his possession near Raja Darbaja locality on March 10, 2002, and was sent to jail on charges of drug peddling.
