An officer on poll duty on Sunday at an election booth here died of heart attack, officials said.

An officer on poll duty on Sunday at an election booth here died of heart attack, officials said.

Rajjan Lal Yadav, presiding officer at Janata Inter College booth in Alambagh area, died after a cardiac arrest, they said.

The poll process, however, remained unaffected, they said.
