US-based global technology risk consultancy firm, Protiviti, Thursday launched its operations in India with the opening of its offices in Mumbai and Delhi.
"India has one of the largest economies in the world combined with a robust business climate. We are very pleased to offer Protiviti's world-class internal audit and risk consulting services in this market," said Gary Peterson, managing director of Protiviti, Asia Pacific.
The company will operate in India as Protiviti Consulting Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Protiviti Inc, stated a release.
In India, it launched its operations with a group of 12 employees in Mumbai and New Delhi and has plans to increase staff size significantly during the next six months and also open an office in Bangalore.
