"George Bush's appearance shows how ridiculous people think he is," Contactmusic quoted deputy editor Ben Knowles as saying.
Comedian Peter Kay topped the survey of 17,000 comedy fans.

Ricky Gervais was second, closely followed by Lee Evans and Eddie Izzard. Dizzy Big Brother star Jade Goody was 46th, with Gordon Ramsay at 76 thanks to his crushing put-downs of hapless chefs.
"Peter Kay's position at the top is no surprise. His humour is classically British,” Knowles added.
