"We are collecting information on vacancies in judicial department and action will be taken to fill it," he told reporters here after reviewing the work on construction of combined court building.
Subaya said work on combined court buildings was also on across the state and directions had been given to officials to expedite them.
The work on the combined court building and judicial officers' quarters taken up at a cost of Rs 7.56 crore would be completed within December.
He said the construction work was affected due to shortage in sand availability but the problem had been overcome now.
The minister instructed the building contractor not to engage child labour.
