Trouble arose during the Zero Hour when BJ Panda (BJD) raised the issue and said that among those arrested for the act was a youth Congress leader.

This sparked off noisy protests from the Congress benches and soon members belonging to BJP, SP and Left parties rose from their seats to shout the Congress members down.

Amidst the din, SP member Jaya Bachchan made certain remarks which led to a fresh bout of protest.

As shouting continued from both sides, Deputy Chairperson K Rahman Khan adjourned the House for 10 minutes.
