University elections should not be commercialised (At DU, faceless placards replace glamour shots, September 1). Before posters were banned, one of the chief characteristics of Delhi University elections was a littered Capital. But the new rule has ensured that it remains a clean affair. Even students have responded positively to the new regulation. It is important that contestants respect the change and adhere to it.
