Water supply to be hit today
The water supply in the city would be disrupted for the entire day on Wednesday as all the three units of Basai water treatment plant would be shut for repair and upgrade. HT reports.

The water supply in the city would be disrupted for the entire day on Wednesday as all the three units of Basai water treatment plant would be shut for repair and upgrade.
The engineers of Huda have planned to change old pumping machines at this plant. The supply would be stopped from 10am to 10pm on Wednesday.
"Corroded pipelines will be changed," an official said. About6-8 MGD water is supplied by the various water stations extracting groundwater.
