For the first time in its 31-year-long struggle, ULFA has decided to hold face-to-face talks with the Centre to resolve the dispute. On top of it, the outfit will not even insist on Assam’s sovereignty being part of the discussions to take place in New Delhi on February 10. What in your opinion should the Govt do to make the best use of the opportunity?
