"I don't have any knowledge that my scheduled trip to Bangalore has been cancelled. I am hearing from you that it has been cancelled," the former deputy prime minister told reporters in Raipur.

"I will go to Karnataka and of course to Bangalore as well," he said.

Informed sources had said on Saturday that Advani would skip his rally in Bangalore Oct 30 as former chief minister of Karnataka BS Yeddyurappa is jailed on corruption charges.

Advani reached Chhattisgarh on Saturday on a two-day schedule of his yatra.
