Disgraced golfer Tiger Woods has not fathered a child with porn star Devon James - a DNA test carried out in 2002 has proved that another man is dad to nine-year-old Austin.
James initiated legal proceedings in Manatee County, Florida, requesting a judge to determine the paternity of her son.
James, real name Melinda Brinling, alleged Woods had fathered her child after a reported fling in 2001.
She went public with her claims on American news show Extra, telling the programme that she kept her pregnancy and the birth of her son a secret from Woods, but decided to disclose all about the golfer's son following his 2009 cheating scandal, reports The Daily Express.
James maintains Woods knew all about young Austin, because she told him the news after they reconnected when the golfer's wife Elin Nordegren was expecting their first child.
