India and Pakistan will be notified on February 12, the decision concerning the construction of the Baglihar Dam on the Chenab river by Professor Raymond Lafitte, the neutral expert appointed to address a "difference" between the two countries, the bank said in a statement.

That decision will be made available to representatives of New Delhi and Islamabad in Bern, Switzerland, it said.
