Parents and guardians of the MGM college students, who were suspended after they published 'vulgar posters' of female classmates, were summoned by the college authorities on Monday.

They were briefed about the incident and were made to sign an undertaking. Though no case was lodged against the students, the undertaking stated that the incident serves as a last warning.
Parents were also informed that the students might be rusticated if a similar action is repeated. The incident dates back to Friday-Saturday night when the students were caught and detained by the Sanyogitagnaj police on a tip off by the college watchman.
The students belonging to first year of the MBBS course continue to state that the incident was of ragging. However, the college refused to believe their claim due to lack of evidence.
