The Congress will avenge its defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, said State Congress president Sachin Pilot, adding the party’s morale was high despite its defeat in the assembly polls.

The Congress will avenge its defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, said State Congress president Sachin Pilot, adding the party’s morale was high despite its defeat in the assembly polls. Welcoming Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi’s decision to begin Lok Sabha poll campaign from Rajasthan, Pilot said: “Yes, we lost in the assembly polls. But we have not lost our morale and confidence .I assure Rahul ji that we will avenge our defeat in the Lok Sabha polls and that too with interest.” Promising a new leadership, Gandhi said that his party will field new and young faces in Lok Sabha, Assembly and panchayat elections in Rajasthan. “We will bring the government of young,” he said. Gandhi said that after defeat in Assembly polls in the state, the party made young leader Sachin Pilot PCC president and entrusted him with the task of

preparing a young leadership. “I asked him not to give space to the (BJP) government for any wrong doing in the state,” he said, while appealing the party workers to expose the BJP
