Five people were killed when the ambulance in which they were travelling allegedly collided with a truck in Rajasthan’s Jalore district in the wee hours on Saturday.
The ambulance carrying the body of an 8-year-old girl, was heading to Barmer from Gujarat at the time of the accident, police said.

The relatives of the deceased girl, were travelling in the ambulance, they said, adding that two of them died on the spot while three others succumbed to their injuries at a local hospital.
One person has been admitted to a hospital in a serious condition, police said.
The bodies were handed over to the family members after postmortem, they added.
