A source told PEOPLE, "Both Ari and Dalton love Montecito. They spend a lot of time there. It seems only natural that they would get married at Ari's beautiful and historic house.".
Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and her partner Portia de Rossi are well known house flippers who bought the 5,500-square-foot English Tudor residence solely for the purpose of renovating and putting back on the market.
Ellen and Portia put the house on the market for $6.9 million, it was then scooped up by a trust tied to Ariana Grande who bought the property, named Porter House in late May of 2020 for $6.75 million.
The Porter House was originally two barns built in the 1700s in Surrey, England.
However, in the 1980s, the barns were dismantled, and all pieces were numbered and shipped off to Montecito.
The barns were originally named Black Barn and Porter Barn, and after the reconstruction of the property it got the name of Porter House.
The property boasts wooden beams, casement windows and grandiose fireplaces.
After being renovated, the property has new additions like a new kitchen, a study, a snack bar, a new laundry room and several light fixtures.
The home is located on a 1.35 acre plot.
