Campus Ka Mahayuddh: Chak de!

As much as Delhi University is known for its set of academic acers, it is also known for its supreme breed of sportspersons. From tennis players, like Ankita Bhambri, to cricketing legends, such as Gautam Gambhir, DU has produced some of the finest talent in the country.



For the last debate of HT City-Fever 104 FM’s Campus Ka Mahayuddh we called Arpit Arora from Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College and Nitin Kumar from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University to compete in this match! Arpit Arora, backed by RJ Abhilash, kicked off the debate.



"Our college’s alumni boasts of some of the greatest ­cricketers, some who even play in the IPL. We have a great sports ground and floodlights that are capable of lighting up the whole of the North Campus," he said.







Nitin, in cahoots with RJ Manu, said, "We not only play cricket, but almost all other sports. We

have volleyball, hockey, basketball, lawn tennis and numerous other sports. We don’t have one, but many grounds. Our grounds are so big that DU colleges can fit into them easily." Actor Sonakshi Sinha declared Jamia Millia Islamia University as the winner of the debate.
