The event is being organised by Scruff and Those In Need and shall kick start at South Ex II.

Scruff and Those In Need are organising a LGBTQ event on July 2 where members of the LGBTQ community shall be riding cycles, scooters and bikes from South Extension II to Jantar Mantar. It’s Delhi’s first Bike Pride Rally.

It was on this very day in 2009 that the High Court of India had decriminalised homosexuality- and although this was reversed in 2013, it still is a landmark day.

You are allowed to get banners and posters of different kinds but do remember that you shall be riding on a bike, so plan accordingly.

Date: July 2
Place:
Starting from the parking lot at South Ex II
Time:
6.30 am – 10 am
