Chavan is expected to include a clause of reservation in the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act (MRTP). The demand was presented to Chavan when he met the Chief Justice of Bombay high court, Mohit Shah, on Thursday.

Shah is learned to have told Chavan to expedite infrastructure improvement in courts across the state, and also discussed the HC’s 150th anniversary celebrations.
