Fliers must carry ticket printouts

Passengers booked to travel by Singapore Airlines flights from Mumbai on July 8 and July 9, will not be able to check-in through mobile phones and the web because the airline and its low cost subsidiary SilkAir are upgrading their reservation system.

Passengers booked to travel by Singapore Airlines flights from Mumbai on July 8 and July 9, will not be able to check-in through mobile phones and the web because the airline and its low cost subsidiary SilkAir are upgrading their reservation system.

Passengers will be required to carry a printout of e-ticket.

According to a statement issued by the airline on Tuesday, its ticket services, call centre and web/mobile functions such as text message alerts will be suspended between July 7 and 8.
