HC refuses to stay re-exam of leaked paper

The re-exam of the final year BCom marketing and human resources management paper will be held on April 11, with the Bombay high court, on Wednes-day, refused to grant a stay on the exam.

The re-exam of the final year BCom marketing and human resources management paper will be held on April 11, with the Bombay high court, on Wednesday, refused to grant a stay on the exam.

Two final year BCom students filed a petition on Tuesday against the University of Mumbai’s decision to conduct a re-exam after the paper leaked at BNN College in Bhiwandi.

“Leaking of a paper is a serious matter,” the division bench of justice SA Bobde and justice Mridula Bhatkar said while declining to grant interim relief to the students.
