Eight months after a teenager allegedly killed his classmate, police have arrested the accused in suburban Borivali.

Kasturba Marg police said that the deceased Sanjez Borle and the accused Chetan Kankar, both 19 years of age, were studying in Kohinoor Technical Institute, when the incident happened in September last year.

According to police, Borle had made video clips of Kankar once doing situps and another time while pulling off his pants. Borle also threatened that he would upload those clips on the Facebook.

However, when Kankar confronted Borle, the latter had slapped him. On September 20, 2011 Kankar followed the Borle to the national park in suburban Mumbai and hit him with a stone and killed him and later took his phone, police said.
