Maharashtra Home Minster R R Patil today suggested former Andhra Pradesh chief minister and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu to raise his point about Babhli barrage in Supreme Court instead of agitating here and creating law and order problems.

"Whenever any dispute occurs between two states there are supreme court, central government and various commissions where one can go and put their point of view and raise their points," Patil said.

"It does not suit such a senior leader (Naidu) to go agitating on the road creating law and order problem. Instead he should approach Supreme Court to raise his points," Patil added.

Responding to a query about Naidu saying he would visit Maharashtra again to inspect the Babhli barrage, Patil said, "I don't think he would come again."

Patil, who was speaking to media after inaugurating the new building of Charkop police station here, also made it clear that the government would never let go a single drop of water belonging to Maharashtra nor it would forcibly take a drop of water belonging to other state.
