Pvt schools plan legal recourse on fee hike

The Unaided Schools’ Forum, on Friday, plans to challenge the government’s recent order that necessitates private schools to consult their respective Parent-Teacher Associations and the deputy director of education before hiking fees, according to source.

The Unaided Schools’ Forum, on Friday, plans to challenge the government’s recent order that necessitates private schools to consult their respective Parent-Teacher Associations and the deputy director of education before hiking fees, according to source.

The resolution issued on July 15, will be effective from August 16, if not stayed by the court following the forum's petition.
