Venus Remedies gets India patent for painkiller

Drug maker Venus Remedies Ltd said on Tuesday it secured an Indian patent for its once-a-day painkiller Aceclofenac injection.

The drug maker is also in talks with drug firms in the South Asian region to outlicense this drug, it said in a statement.
