Singer Adele is on a high after the stupendous success of her new album 25. But the singer has still one trouble to handle--she has a pending tax bill of a whopping 4-million pounds. Despite of being inactive in 2014, Adele is still paying off her tax bills, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

As Adele was still earning royalties from her 2011 album 21 and her 2012 Bond song Skyfall, the 27-year-old star’s firm Melted Stone Ltd. owes the money in corporation tax, according to the Daily Mirror newspaper.

The Rolling in the Deep hitmaker is worth an estimated 50 million pound and her latest record, which released in October, sold over 3 million copies in its first week.
