‘Bruised’ Miley Cyrus, Madonna in domestic violence campaign

Artist and activist Alexsandro Palombo has started a new campaign against domestic violence which features prominent pop stars Madonna, Miley Cyrus and Kim Kardashian with bruised faces.

Alexsandro Palombo took head and shoulder photos of the stars and photoshopped wounds and cuts on their faces to honour the International Day for the Elimination of Violence. Palombo’s images of the beaten celebrities have now gone viral, reported Billboard magazine.

The campaign photos feature slogans like, ‘Life can be a fairytale if you break the silence’ and ‘No woman is immune from domestic abuse’. Kim Kardashian is also one of the celebrity ‘victims’ doctored by the artist.
